hidden messages in Kingdom Hearts?

ok, so for anyone who knows the Kingdom Hearts game series well, u may be able to tell that there's a lot of hidden spiritual morals in the game. like the Nobodies, they could easily be translated as ghosts or spirits "the empty shell left behind" as Yen Sid said. and Riku choosing both light and dark, this could represent man's constant struggle to find his true self and just settling for anything until he figures out what he truly wants. him fighting Ansem in COM was like "facing his demons" and like Xion in 358/2 Days, she was just a puppet, a copy of Roxas, but he saw so much of himself in her, this represents how we tend to get close to ppl we have a lot in common with, and the whole "friends in our hearts" thing. so my question is: what do u all remember from that games that could be taken as "hidden meanings" or "spiritual relations" ? seriously, speak up, there are NO dumb answers this is all simply opinion based. I really just wanna know what u think, that's all.
