Q&A: How may I obtain an old Readers Digest article?

Question by doubthem: How may I obtain an old Readers Digest article?
I am seeking the Readers Digest Magazine of September 1959. The article is on page 73. I can't recall the title! The article was derived from an interview with a retired military leader who spoke about how (in the near future) to wage a war without deaths. He said it was by way of aerosols containing "psychochemicals," and posited that cities could be made temporarily insane, in varying degrees, by this method. I'm researching the history of American "chemtrails" and would like to include quotations of this official, and also study his Vitae and background. I believe his name was William M. Creasy. My local library doesn't have the issues that far back. Does anybody here know how to get a copy (online) of this article? I have a presentation to deliver in January, and would appreciate assistance in finding this article, soon. Thank you for any links or suggestions. Readers Digest cannot provide the answer soon enough for my research needs. I've tried with them for 3 weeks, got nowhere.
