Question by california1488: Do you think "Out There TV" sucks?
"Out There TV" is like a TV verious of "Coast to Coast AM" (Art Bell/George Noory's Radio show). "Out There TV" show is a LOW budget TV show with a couple that goes over conspiracy theories and paranoid delisions, and have call in guests instead of having them come to the studio for an interview. The guests are usually discussing some book they wrote.
