Is Loch Ness completely landlocked, or does it have an outlet to the sea?

Question by hellafunguy35: Is Loch Ness completely landlocked, or does it have an outlet to the sea?
The reason I ask is because I saw the recent "Nessie" video, and in viewing some of the alleged Nessie pics they look an awful lot to me just like the dorsal fin of a killer whale jutting out of the water.

I looked at a Scotland map but I couldn't tell if Loch Ness is landlocked. It does look situated awfully close to the sea, though.
