Maybe we're just the most observant? But the fact is that UFO's have been sighted just about everywhere in the World at one time or another. Many Biblical Scholars even consider that the 'Wheel within a Wheel' described in the book of Ezekial may be a description of a UFO sighting in biblical times.
They happen all over the world. We just hear more about the ones in the USA and the UK. If you searched for it, you would find sightings in Russia, Mexico, South America, Africa, Belgium, and other places.
Because we have freedom of speech that people are denied in some other countries. Don't get me wrong I LOVE freedom of speech and it's great. It allows idiots to make dumb-asses of themselves, to the rest of our enjoyment!

People in third world countries never heard of conceived of flying saucers. The USA has hyped itself up into a UFO frenzy.
