As far as stuffing faces goes, Americans are some of the best face-stuffers around. For instance, the turducken -- a duck shoved inside a chicken shoved inside a turkey -- is now a Thanksgiving favorite.
Though the origins of this dish are disputed, one thing is clear: Americans perfected this gastronomic monstrosity, and the folks at Adult Swim have found (or created) some other excellent examples of Foods-Shoved-In-Other-Foods.
